how do i find out my own ip for when i creat my own game ??????? @D thx alot lads bye all

here is how to find your own ip

>open start bar
>click run
>type "command" into the text box
>a black dos kinda box will appear, in there type ipconfig
>a bit of writing comes up, look for i.p address ........ <-- = address

if ur behind a router u need to do a little dmz (demetralized zone) thing.
and ur friend should type
connect YourIP

You can find your system IP by command prompt method. The command prompt method is about as follows:Click start> select run command> type cmd>command prompt will be display type ipconfig in that it shows the system IP address. For network IP address visit the site Ip-Details.com it is a free IP search site.
