well... now I don't have the EVM problem any more, I found a solution to that... but when I start a Dedicated Server and it is running fine, and it is NOT Lan but Internet, why can't my freind find it, he has added the Ip, but it is not responding with him, WHY??

Will give you all the information how to open ports. You can open ports with logging in your router. If you don't have any router how ever, your firewall can be the problem then. Read everything on that page very carefully, when done correct. And you opened the ports thats needed, and you create a server. Your friends and other peolpe are be able to join.
