file missing

i setup hl and esf (without steam) and it seems to work fine
but i try to create a lan game and after clicking create it crash
i take a screenshot and it says :
"Missing Bitmap font :
gfx\vgui\fonts\400_scouterstats Text.tga
]"

i check manualy to find this folder (fonts) but there isnt any folder in vgui folder. plz help me.

Thats what you get if you try to use ESF with out STEAM.

Oh and besides the file is missing intentionaly and it dosent crash the game its something else. Dont know what but it isnt the file.

Steam is the answer. Just make a steam account, register your cd key with steam, let steam get the required game content, run the half-life hazard course once (through steam of course) and then install esf and your'e done.
