The grainy effect looks really bad, it would look better without it, more of a bloom effect would look better, and what's with the yellow strip running along the bottom?

I don't like it at all, agreed with Ravendust, that grainy effect isnt doing any good.
Also for some reason the colors are bothering.

I'm liking it, but the character had a different tone (overlayed tone, I dunno how to say it properly), than the bg.

And just because I have something against green, I'll say the background could do with a new color.

I would also like some text on there (simple font = best), because it looks kinda plain.

I disagree, I don't think it needs a text or any brighter color, she already has some kind of magical aura.
It's not a sig, so it dosent need a text.
