You'll be excited then to hear that there will be a new FMA series coming out in the near future.

I don't know, either Berserk or Hajime no Ippo.
How ever, Ippo caused me to buy $250 worth of boxing equipment and spar with my friend.

Ergo Proxy is pretty high on my list. Trying to spot all the references to philosophers and writers was fun.

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is fun just for the fact that it takes itself so seriously yet the show is utterly ridiculous.

Cowboy Bebop of course belongs on my list of favorites because Spike is a BAMF.

Two new series I've been watching lately is Time of Eve, an anime that deals with androids in society and a small hole in the wall coffee shop where they main characters speak with them and try to find out just who is an android in the joint. Michiko to Hatchin is another one set in Brazil about a mother who was involved in organize crime. She finds her daughter and they set off to try and find the father. It's got a bit of a Cowboy Bebop feel to it, at least through some of the action scenes and its jazz inspired soundtrack.

Well, if everyone is giving a list of theire favorites...

Its hard to set a ranking, but my top 5 is:

FMA,
lately one piece (seriously, give it a chance, it is very very good)
Cowboy bebop is a work of art, simply awsome
Probably Naruto, it is a shame they now cut slack in the animation :s
rurouni kenshin.

A new FMA season? Wow, thats really great news, ive been waiting for it.

Now with Kung-Fu action!
