fatal errror with esf+ecx_rc2+bigpack_8.4

plz help me, I have problem... when I instaled esf+ecx_rc2, I started game and when it reaches to precaching resourses loading stops and in task manages sas that esf is not responding... plz help with this problem. and 2nd problem is, when I instalet esf+ecx_rc2+big pack 8.4, loading reaches starting local game server and then it gives fatal error: Cache_TryAlloc:1095824 is greater then free hunk... ;( ; (;( ;( I realy wont to play whis game plz help
