Can't be solved in 2 dimensional space unless you're allowed to connect the lines, symbolizing shared pipes. The best you can expect to get using that configuration are no solutions.

It works on 3 dimensional space though (place each utility and house on a torus) and it becomes incredibly simple.

It being impossible to solve is kinda the point though. You're supposed to figure out why it's impossible to solve in the Euclidean plane and almost every other 2 dimensional surface <_<.

stop trying to act smart.. it's just a puzzle~ a puzzle we've already figured out the answer to.

anyway..
I was trying this out on paper, not on the computer... lol, I got so frustrated with it
