Executanle out of date?

when i try to join a server i get the message "Your Earths special forces executable is out of date. would u like to update it" i then click ok. then the half-life update thingy comes up and says its up to date. i dont see how it can be out of date and i downlaoded it this morning off of the site.

Have you updated your Half-Life to the latest version? (1.1.1.0)

You should have the lastest version of HL to play ESF.
