EVM isn't supported here. You're doing the equivalent of asking for ESF help at a Half-Life Deathmatch forum. Ask at their forums.

What are you trying to do, anyway? Edit one of the plugins? Files that end with .amxx are compiled plugins. There's no conventional way of decompiling a plugin into it's Small source code, as far as I know.
