i dont know if i have to istall it, or just connect on a server with evm on?

youre taking the word wrong. you cant download any part of the mod from there, its just a series of pictures to show you what EVM might look like.

Closed... Also EVM if they release before 1.2 is out it will not work at all on 1.2 so that means it would take a lot of time for them to redo it all... so I dont see it out untill 1.2 is out.
