For the ones that where not so happy with esf_cell_day and -night here's a cell arena map more dedicated to the show, max will add a link in a few sec's. I'm sure you will all like it.

a pretty nice map!!
good lookin mountains and a cool environment.
In compare to esf_cell_day it is small...but there's enough space, so I dont think it's a problem!

The limit isnt VHE its Half-Life, and i suppose its the way it looks that makes it look small :S (what an odd thing to say, u say)

Great map, my only complaint is it's pretty easy to destroy the ring.. the texture blending and environment is excellent, very nice on that. I just think a ring that took more punishment would be nice, once it's gone the map kinda loses it's personality imo.

But overall great map, one that should keep me playing for awhile more.

I like the terrain, but I have serious problems with that ring:

1) Poles are ugly. You will need to make them differently with a different texture.

2) That floor of the ring makes glass sounds when I shoot it. It takes forever to try and make it blow.

3) The ring texture is horrible. You can find substitutes at WadFather.


I really like what you did with the terrain though.

I'll improve the textures and fix some things, if everyone wants me to.

And what do you mean wih the poles being ugly, to they need to be more roundish?

They are too fat, and they do not have enough curves.
