Probably your rate is poorly configured taking into account the configuration of the couter strike.Sendo the host you open the config folder in the esf serverlist.cfg that inside the folder esf. When you open search for 'rate', cl_update, cl_cmdrate, Ping.The commands remove the delay considerably.
