"Models" (folder)
"maps" (folder)
"gfx" (folder)
"ESF_zsword.Jpeg" (Jpeg duh)

This is the second thread you make about the same subject, i have answered you here:
http://forum.esforces.com/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=60358

Read it carefully, and it'll explain everything you need to know. To answer your question fast & quickly:

"Sprites" (folder)
"Sound" (folder)
"Overviews" (folder)
"Models" (folder)
"maps" (folder)
"gfx" (folder)
"ESF_zsword.Jpeg" (Jpeg duh)
"readme.txt" (text duh)
Simple extract it to your ESF folder "STEAM/steamapps/yourusername/game/ESF" and you'll be fine. If you wonder, the "game" means either Half-Life or Counter-Strike, depending which game you have.
