please help me!!!!

im have an old computer which i am running ESF on and it does not alwats work. i am using software because i dont have open gl, or direct 3d. the problems are that when i try to do certain attacks or when i try to go SSJ or transform with any character it cuts out. :cry: so if anyone culd help me with this please tell me. i am also posting this on the help so please help me so i can play ESF like any other guy on an old computer

im in same boat as u (p2 266mhz, no 3d card) so also run software mode.
wot u do is:
start game. when game starts, before u do ANYTHING, open up console and type "cl_fxquality 0"
(0 as in number e.g 123)
that should solve ur prob.

Software mode is crashy. Not much we can do about that. Try a cheap video card with Direct X.

And consol should be your ~ button. If not, there should be a thread around here that tells you what the command is and how to put it into your config file. Search for it.

If you dont have DirectX, you can go to www.downloads.com and get it there. DirectX is the newest one out... Restart your computer after installing or nothings gonna be there,

open your autoexec.cfg and add "cl_fxquality 0" to disable the FX
and try it again

DO NOT USE DIRECT 3D without a GFX card!!!!

It will be worse than software mode.

Though a Voodoo3 or Banshee should get you humming with OGL. They both come in PCI flavors :)
