What resolution are you running esf on and what fps do you get?

640x480 16 bit
85 fps constant
intergrated geforce4 mx

i know that anyone that bought video cards to get 100 fps in dod:s with HDR on probebly can get 100 fps in any resolution in esf, but not everyone has that glory ;)

One step higher from 1024x768 (I'm at school and I don't know it off the top of my head) 32bit with 100 fps constant

Intel Pentium 4, 3.4 Ghz, Nvidia 6800GT, 1 GB RAM :)

I play all my Half-life games on 1024x768 and it runs at 60 fps even.

(10-15 fps in Smoke on CS and other Mods that give similar affects)

My video card is a geforcefx 5200 and I get around 120 FPS. I think I use 1024x768.

On my good computer, 800x600 with 100fps constant and if I tweeked a few things I'd be getting a false reading of about 200 fps. On my other computer, 640x480 and I'm lucky to get above 25fps, often times reduced to 7. (4 for recharging.)

2400+ @ 2.3ghz (200mhz fsb), 1024mb ddr memory (dual channel running at 333, mixed a 400 and 33 slot together), fx 5200. Get around 40 - 60 fps most of the time.

I love reading about people's beast machines and then viewing their profile and seeing birthdays in like, 1989.

I had problems with my FPS until very recently; now that it's fixed I run at the same settings Smith does, but with 85fps cause of vsync. (1280x1024, 8xAA, 85fps)

1024x768, 79fps - PC :]
800x600, 36fps - Laptop :S

And whoever's running 640x480 LOW FPS should do themselves a favour and buy a PC made after they were born.

You're right; I was looking at the Anisotropy setting. :0\

I thought it was a little odd that it was the same. Either way I bet the HL engine doesn't apply either the right way; with the resolution at 1280x1024 it probably just looks alright enough that I don't notice.

I have to lower the anisotropy to nothing for most modern games. :0\
