1024x768-200+fps but I capped it at 100fps. FPS Gero with 16ppl with lots of fight going on 80-100fps. Normally a constant 100.

3200+xp, 7800gt, 2gig ram.

Bought my whole system from my own money but I got the 7800gt 500EU vid card as a present from my boss for all the overhours I made.

I dont use AF or AA cause im not playing the game for the eyecandy but to score frags.

the problem is that ESF is too heavy for HL1-
i run 800x600 (or wutever it was) with 45 - 80 FPS.. sometimes 100 (basically when its 1 on 1 on a good-pingserver)

Kruli you must be joking, you have a better setup than me (processor, everything else is the same). You should be able to surpass 80fps no problem. Maybe you need to change your settings.

You're right; I was looking at the Anisotropy setting. :0\

I thought it was a little odd that it was the same. Either way I bet the HL engine doesn't apply either the right way; with the resolution at 1280x1024 it probably just looks alright enough that I don't notice.

I have to lower the anisotropy to nothing for most modern games. :0\
Well, it doesn't matter what engine is being used, it's the card itself doing it, not the game, hehe.

And I agree with Raven, you should be getting a lot better FPS, kruli.
