ESF culd not be found on selected destinatoin. pleas choose again... wtf do i do?

You need have 1.2 installed before you can install 1.2.1 (it's only a patch)

i've had the same problem.
The trick is to install the patch in your half-life folder (C:\Sierra\half-life, or something), and not C:\Sierra\Half-life\esf

i had to do the same thing, all you do is go into ur steam piles,steamapps,ur SN folder, then go into CS, find efs, cut it, then go back to where u select half-life fromCS go into half-life and paste it there
