esf crash on xp

My esf already crash with error box on xp . I read all the topics you all were talking about, but nothing could change this for me.
If I could say something else. I tried to install the game on an other computer but that's the same thing. EEA, EVM or ESF : crash of hl.exe .
Did this could be a problem with sound ? Cause' when that crash the sound seems to turn around and for a while and the bug report box appears just when the music restart well. But which sounds : my mp3 or the sounds effects ?
What could I do ?

Do you have a password for your XP account?
Are you using OpenGL video mode?
Are you using the same installer? If so download another one.

I have half life 1.1.1.0 ... I tried esfbeta1.1 installer and I tried esfbeta1.0 installer followed by esfbeta1.1 patch.
Im in opengl
And I have a password for my xp account (but I don't understand why its imortant )

For more information ...I also trid to install esf on steam, but finally I encounter the same crash... after 15, 20 mn.

Yesterday night ... I finaly managed to raise to ssj3 (after 1 hour) without crash (incredible), but today .... crashed again.

The game doesn't seem to crash when I don't host.

If your running EEA\EVM then that's your problem.

You that eea or eva is bugged ?? So what's the interestor esf ....you can't have more than 1 transformation.
What's the problem with eea or evm ? There is a way to fix it ?

EEA has a crashing bug (or so I've heard). I don't know how to fix it.

deinstall EAA and EVM ... if it works fine then, goto their forum and bother them

I Re installed all hl, esf and EEA ...it seems to run better than evm, I still have crashes, but less than with EVM. Now I can reach high level and also quit the game by myself 9 time / 10 .... it is fine. I stay on it cos I don't want to play with only 1 transformation. I have to close anti virus to run it longer but no matter ...

EEA + EVM both have bugs, eg. the ki trcik to get a high pl, also people are mangaing to crash servers with Admin Mod, that sux to so it may not be ur comp

it could be his comp , my firend i burnt him a copy of 1.1esf and his com use to crash, he has a cellie 300 , 96mb of pc100 memoey and a crappy 4mb s3virge 4mb. i also gfave him the steam install , he reinstalled hl and esf , did the same thing , then he installed steam pack version 2 , it fixed his problems (reminds me too that he coludn't join my 2400+ when he had all those **** bugs

what grafix card u got ( Radeon? ) if u are not using openGL mode do it now and go playing for an hour or so i only had that prob when i was using D3D

or...it could be the bots
a lot of the times i play with the bots to kick bot-ass
and then suddenly it just hangs...and crashes (says HL.exe crash) but when i look at the technical data it says that esfbot.dll was responsible for the crash.!

Are you sure it's ESFBot.dll that is responsible?

When you use bots, that is the .dll that is run instead of hl.dll, try this with the normal game (no bots, no evm/eea).
