what is that command, when you transform you can't swoop teleport or move??

because set_user_maxspeed wont work in esf...

That command doesnt exist in 1.2.3

Its a debug command built into the open beta for easier access to balancing values.

In other words once the full version of the mod is release such commands are taken out.
