Esf 1.3 Openbeta map?

I was wondering if someone from the esf team knows what happened with this map:

It looked like a nice one. Is it going to be released later on?

Well ESF Team, Grega why you dont relaease esf 1.3 maps like kami's lookout because i can't wait anymore :S

ESF 1.3 Maps work on ESF 1.2 Right?
