ESF 1.3 Open Beta Final install problems.

hello i followed the instructions to install ESF yet im still having trouble. i dont see esf iin my steam list of games nor can i find an .exe to run the game. if anyone can help that would be great

Do you have Half-Life within your steam list which is a Valid copy of the game registered or bought through steam?

hello i figure out what was the problems. i completely forgot that just by clicking the X on the steam window doesn't completely shut it down. i needed to go into the task bar by the time to find it there and shut it down. sorry for the inconvenience
