ERRRR HELP! I CANT CREATE A GAME!

Welll first when i go creating the game , it seems to work , but it really dosnt , it shows an error message and come back to the console i wish someone could help me i'll put a prt scrn here....

As you can see in the image it' says "Host_error: DispatchUserMSG illegal user msg 128
first of thing the game seems to run but when the game screen appears it comes back to loading console and shows this error msg...
i would be glad to have a quick reply, thanks....

You need Steam.

WELL , I CAN PLAY THE ESF 1.2.3 BUT THIS ERROR HAPPENS JUST IN THE ESF BETA 1.3 , I DID INSTAL IT RIGHT BUT I CANT PLAY IT YET..!!

You did not install it right.

You are trying to avoid STEAM thats why you get the error. 1.2.3 has no support for STEAM and thus has more bugs if STEAM isnt used. 1.3 goes even further due to new code added and is totally uncompatible with half life if not used with STEAM.

So dont say you installed it right cause you are not using STEAM.
