What game are you trying to install ESF into? I HAVE INSTALLED IT INTO HALF-LIFE

Are you behind a router or firewall? YES, BUT IT IS OFF, AND MY FIREWALL PROGRAM IS OFF

Are all your drivers updated? YES. counter-strike and half-life works.

What in-game video mode are you using? D3D, lowest resolution

If you have an error message, what is the exact error message? could not load library E:\steam\steamapps\MYACCOUNT\half-life\esf\cl_dlls\client.dll

Have you tried running esf in opengl as oposed to Direct3d?.

1. the file i put in the half-life directory, it didn't work.
2. how can i try with opengl when i get the error at game launch? AND i have tried typing -gl in the launch options, then i get an error message that says "error initializing gl driver, check that the file 'opengl32.dll' exists" instead. I get the same "cl_dll" error message with firearms, but WH40K: RIVAL SPECIES works and SVEN-COOP too.

Uninstall steam, reinstall it + half-life & your mods.

i'm SO tired of reinstalling everything without result. how do i install it into cs or dod?
