I think you'd easily qualify with those mad skills, you've got something going there already and you're only 15, that's really amasing.

Nice stuff man, im glad your doin well with the tablet =P, the only crits i have are that you lost a little bit of depth on the bottom right corner of the eagle, and to me it looks like his skull is a tad too short when compared to the reference pic. Love that detail though D: very nice.

Heads too round, it needs to be longer horizontally, and the beak is too big, but other than that it looks fantastic, great job.

Only complaint is that it should look more pissed off. Eagles tend to look constantly angry.
