We cant. Desura cant be used when you dont own the licence for the content. Meaning unless you come up with everything in your mod yourself, you cant use it. And since we didnt invent DBZ we cant use it aether.

Having ESF available alongside all the other mods in Desura as well as having a separate download available will boost downloads and popularity significantly. Not that it will need any ofcourse, but it'll still help.
