can do all that, it'll cost you $40 though. I tried a couple of freeware programs, none of them offered what I needed. There is some kinda desktop manager that you can enable in your nvidia drivers too, it'll give you some extra functionality (I'm not sure what anymore exactly..).

I only knew about Nvidia drivers having this option. I had no idea that there software programs for this :]

Yeah, just go into the nvidia driver settings and poke around, there's a lot more functionality in there than in standard Windows settings.
