First you need a map that suports dragonballs.

Then you need CTDB mode.

Then you need to collect them all in one spot.

Then you have to stand next to them and press B when they are glowing.

Then you make a wish.

lol, there're a lot of spamming, BTW, there's a bug, sometimes Dragonballs reappear underground so u'll need a drill or sumthing to dig it out, or unless u restart ur map, u'll never be able to summon Dragon again.
