Dragon ball z battle of z xbox360 question

if i will not preorder this and get the 1st day edition
did i will not get vegito and bardock ssj and naruto costume ???
and there is a way to get it in usb to xbox 360 ???
and maybe i can download the dlc from torrent or something and bring it in usb ???
or anything else to do but to get it without to preorder or something
