Dominion Tank Police

Hey all, I've just seen the 4 Tank Police OVA's. They're about a dysfunctional police unit in the future where there's a crime every 36 or so seconds.

Their Chief is fairly normal but the rest of the team use torture (such as playing golf with grenades) to get information. It's pretty old but fairly funny. Anyone else seen it?

I remember seeing it on television some time ago. It was pretty good from what I remember though. There's also a manga, though I haven't read it.
