ppl who do that use Ki, they dont go super sayain;/ if you want to do that, start a marhsel art, like Tai-Chi, then look for infomation on KI on sites or books, and get learning

its not necissarly going super but some can concentrate extremely hard to lock out all emotions and senses of pain to take extreme punishment. example of this is when those dudes are just taking turns kicking each other in the chonchons and they are like getting knocked in the air by the kicks too but they dont even fall down.
