Do I have to buy Counter-Strike 1.6 seperately?

It was always a free game if you had Half-Life, I have it, but do i have to buy CS as well?

yes, once it worked when you bought the original half-life, now if you want to play for example esf, you have to buy hl anthology, and if you want to play cs, you have to buy it separately (cs anthology)

i still have my good ol' half-life which works with steam and Won perfectly without any problems.
even if you buy one of the olds, the cd key doesn't work to steam anymore i think.
