do custom odels have custom moves

i cause i had cooler as friza and he had the same moves just like when i replaced vegeta with andriod 13 he had the same voice and every thing is it only use to change the appearence of the model or can u change the moves

custom models replace the model and not sounds or moves. You can download soundpacks for sounds, but you can't change anything about an attack except for it's appearance

replacing the model is just replacing the looks
the animations for the attacks may look different if someone put them in the model

So in other words you can't make your own attacks in any current or planned future version of ESF
