They did, but everyone who made the Westwood games basically up and left the studio once that happened making today's westwood the same in name alone

Most of the ex-Westwood employees moved over to Petroglyph Games, which was started by ex-Westwood employees.

I miss Crystal Dynamics solely because Legacy of Kain died with them =(

They did it in cooperation with Crystal Dynamics, if I'm not mistaken. Either way, it was CD who put out the last 4 LoK games, and there simply won't be any more without them.

EDIT - Upon looking in further, CD published the first LoK, but won the legal rights to it later on and continued without Silicon Knights (not that I'm complaining - the series turned out to be phenomenal despite that change of development).

Dungeon keeper 1 and 2 and games like populous were made by them, its a shame they aren't around anymore.

Sure, there's lionhead studios now, but it ain't the same.
