Deleting Files?

Um in my _RESTORE/TEMP FOlder there is more then 1 and a half gig of space taken up how do i delete this useless crap?

HElp would be apreciated and thx in advanced.

select the folder in question.
right click - bring up a menu
select delete
it will ask you if your sure
say yes
done.

Umm...aren't those system restore files??
or some spyware stuff

Either way,if you're really tempted with deleting it,do what Pain says,but it won't be guaranteed.

Yeh, if you don't plan on restoring your PC anytime soon. Then get rid of it. It shouldnt mess up your PC at all
