tl;dr, looking for a good defrag prog since the windows one isn't so great/doesn't give me much information.

Hm.. The XP one was decent. Vista's doesn't tell you much, but seems to work just as well.

Diskeeper is pretty good. I'd only recommend it if you have trouble with Windows' defragmentation tool though.

Worth mentioning at this point: Diskkeeper is the full featured version of the Windows Defrag.

JKDefrag is my personal fav. its free and does a great job.
