Garlic Jr. is not the strongest evil guy Buu is. Bebi dosent count cuz hes from DBGT. And if you do count DBGT characters then Shenlong is the strongest.

#2 Vegeta is most certainly stronger than trunks in the Buu saga.

#3 Cell and Super 13 are stronger than Bojak (1hitgotjacked?)

this is my list after the opinions and comments. it makes sense to me. but im not sure about trunks and vegeta

wouldn't this make an intersting movie if these groups would fight each other. the androids would come by themselves though with cell.

I agree that Gohan is #1, his Mystic form could hammer Vegeta into the dirt any day. And the reason that Mystic Gohan didn't beat Buu is the same reason that SSJ3 Gotenks didn't beat him, Akira Toriyama wanted to end the series as it started, with Goku as the hero.

#2 has to be Goku, Vegeta has never beaten Goku in a fair fight.

#3 is Vegeta.

#4 is Piccolo and so on, after that my list is pretty much the same as iS-Trunks.

(P.S. Though he is immortal, the Makeo Star was completely destroyed so about 99% of his total power is gone, Chaozu is stronger than him after that.)
