There are plenty of MS3D tutorials. Why this one has to be specifically a DBZ character is what's beyond me. Once you learn the basics in other tutorials, you should have no trouble making your own DBZ character

check Ben Mathis' site for some good general modeling and texturing tips and tricks
doesnt matter that its 3dsmax. You can apply em to milkshape 3D as well
Just check some tutorials on how to use milkshape than try to follow gir's tutorial
its for max but yeah like i said, learn milkshape basics and use 3dsmax tutorials. The method gir uses is possible in Milkshape as well i reckon
