The Deltoid's run right into the rest of the arm, which is an anatomy issue which helps to throw off the rest of the torso.
The feet are way too long. Not only that, but they don't look like monkey/Oozaru feet. Monkey's feet should have longer phalanges, almost like their fingers. You've got them more like toes on your model.
The ears neeed to be more pointed.
The tail looks like its a separate object from the model. If its not, then that's probably due to the fact that the tail only has four sides. Round it out, its not like you don't have the polygons to spare.
Hand's have the inverse problem of the feet. The fingers are too long . . . actually, judging from where the fur ends, the entire hand looks way too long.
The texture map is to blurry. Either its a really tiny pixel size, or there's just no real definition of the fur. Try to use a harder brush setting.
