Dark City v.s. The Matrix

Which movie do you think is better? The reason I ask is because both of them seem very similiar.

As for me, I think it's a tough decision, but I'll go with Dark City.

I think I prefer Dark City. Dark City is awesome. Sure, The Matrix is good too but the 2nd and 3rd films just irritate me.

I just watched Matrix 2 last night... never seen ANY of the Matrix movies. And i've never seen Dark City, let alone heard of it.

I'll go with The Matrix cuz it doesn't say "The Matrix Triology", but "The Matrix" which is surely one of my favourite movies ;-)

my vote goes the matrix.love the fights and soundtrack.
dark city was interesting and the ending was pretty cool, but the whole plot doesnt make much sense at all, well at least for me, or maybe im just an idiot


its a shame to see so many people voting for the matrix just because they havent seen dark city....
