Find something that's a bit more celshaded/cartoonish.

Maybe instead of that back street image you have you should have a more rural enviroment there since she's got the "savage" look. Otherwise pretty cute.

Kawaii, this is one of those wallpapers where the heart of the wallpaper (the anime character in the centre) speaks for the whole image alltogether. Nicely put together.
