Nah. Cyanide and Happiness is way better.
I also would count in "Sosiaalisesti Rajoittuneet" < A finnish comic, so you guys wouldn't understand...

Personally I don't find C-A-D terribly funny. It's not like it isn't funny but I get bored after reading a few and the main character annoys me (due to burning a copy of my previous Graphics Card in one issue).

Penny Arcade is pretty fine though.
