On this Capture the dragon balls game what maps have the dragon balls cause i can t find any at all?

Esf_riverside is the only default map to support Dragonballs in ctbd mode, though there's a bug with one of the dragonball spawn points on it. Most custom maps have support for dragonballs & you'll find a lot of custom maps that support dragonballs at esf-world.

Well at riverside i cant find ANY dragon balls

That's because you need to set the game mode to ctbd.

Well, CTB is a mode that's yet to be finished so.
