If you have CS: Source, you have HL2.. Unless theres some way to buy CS: Source independently that i'm not aware of.

Either way, total convertions are generally going to be made for HL2 and not CS Source.

Some stores sell Counter-Strike Source only with Half-Life 2 Deathmatch and Day of Defeat Source. I'm not sure if some mods will work with Half-Life 2 Deathmatch but I think you need the original Half-Life 2 to work, like for Garrys Mod.

There are no Half-Life 2 Dragon Ball Z modifications that have been completed or have a public release yet.
