K when I create a server and I type server "w/e it says server info or w/e and it doent show up on the server list.Please help...!

Ok, this gets tricky, so listen to me good:
Go to C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamAPPS\Emaildress@here\half-life\esf
find listenserver.cfg
itll come up in notepad, at the bottom, type:
sv_lan 0
and if u want dragon balls, type right under it:
mp_gamemode 2
then you should type:
hostname <server name here>
after all that you should be a ok :yes:
