Creating a server on net.

I know how 2 create a server but when it is supposed 2 create it say's "Your cd key is invalid plz help me cuz I HAVE A KEY FOR MY COPY BUT IT DOESN'T WAN'T TO CREATE A SERVER!

I just got a reply from esf chat they say someone else is useing the same key so that might be it thanks any way reply plz
