Crash here, Crash there, CRASH EVERYWHERE

I cant play this game without it crashing to desktop.

I join a team and pick a class, then 2 secs later it crashes.
It'll crash on the loading screen.
It'll crash a few seconds after I get in the game.
It'll crash randomly while in game.


(When it crashes it gives the option to send the error report to Microsoft & ****)

Does it give an error message? Or just crashes to the desktop with no error.
If it gives an error, what does it say?

what video mode r u using? try using openGL instead that might work
