im trying to become a 2d artist used some abstract pictures i got from my frend, and i did some other filter, what should i add to it?

here are some critz before you should add anything, The quality of the Vegeta pics aren't that great, BG is ok, looks like The Matrix text falling but its just BLUE

Oh, I just took a second look at it and I found out that there is actually text in that, never saw that black blob before, you need to make the text more visable, I have no Idea what it says
