I was in my own server, and then when i was powering up, i did something (can't remember) and the power up white stuff was following me.

Eh, it's a bug, it happens from time to time. Nothing special, the graphic from the powerup just keeps going after you've stopped powering up. It doesn't actually keep you powered up, so no big deal.
