"connection timed out"

when i play 1.2.3 usually when i try to connect to server first time it says "timed out" but then it goes when i try again BUT when i play evm it just times out when i try to connect to somebodys server, so i always have to make own it i want to play, can u help me plixxx :cry: or is it even possible :scared:

go to the console before you join a game and type in "fs_lazyprecache 1" without the " " and it should work =]
