What thermal compound / Heatsink should i buy????

Hi, well for thermal compound, Arctic Silver 5, is problably what you wanna go with.

For the heatsink, as long as your not planning on overclocking, the HSF that comes with the retail chip should be ok....if you dont wanna go with stock cooling then this thing is pretty good http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118020&Tpk=Zalman+CNPS+9700NTbut as with most third party stuff, make sure you check the compatibility with your motherboard and case to make sure it'll fit.
